LETTER: Obama, Congress don’t respect Constitution

I think our president needs to be informed that he was elected to act as a steward of our Constitution on behalf of the American people. His role is to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America, not change it or give us his personal interpretation of it.

I devoted 20 years of my adult life to protecting that beloved document and what it stands for. It is a travesty that this president and Democratic Congress place no more importance on it than they do an out-of-date newspaper. I advise you to get a copy and read it before it goes away forever.
Wake up, America. Can’t you see what is happening here?
