Rotary honor a big shocker for Proctor

Holmen Village President Nancy Proctor received a surprise when she visited her younger sister in Ridgecrest, Calif., earlier this month. While vacationing with Virginia (Ginnie) DeAngelis, and accompanying her to her local Rotary Club, Proctor was presented with a Paul Harris Fellow award.
