La Crosse County Public Health Nursing will offer H1N1 vaccines during three sessions to the following high-risk groups:
Pregnant women
Persons who live with or provide care for children aged less than 6 months
Health care workers who have direct contact with patients or infectious materials
Children age 6 months to 4 years
Children and adolescents age 5 to 18 years who have medical conditions that put them at higher risk for influenza-related complications
Vaccines will be offered from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 13, from 7 to 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 16, and from 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18.
Vaccines will be given in the Health and Human Services Building, 300 Fourth St. N., in the basement auditorium.
Appointments can be made Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. by calling 785-6434 or 785-6236. No walk-ins will be accepted.
