The following log is based on reports from the Holmen and Onalaska police and fire departments.

Onalaska Police Department
Tuesday, Oct. 27

7:16 a.m. — An Onalaska man reported someone stole about $20 from his unlocked car while it was parked overnight on Olympic Drive.

7:50 a.m. — An Onalaska woman reported her purse, which contained $665 cash, two credit cards and other IDs, stolen from her car while it was parked overnight on Stonebridge Avenue.

8:20 a.m. — A manager at Woodman’s Food Market reported someone stole about $500 to $600 worth of copper coils and aluminum panels from coolers behind the store.

Wednesday, Oct. 28

2:11 a.m. — A 38-year-old Trempealeau woman was arrested on Esther Drive for her first drunk driving offense.

8:46 a.m. — Two Sleepy Eye, Minn., residents, a 39-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman, were arrested on Interstate 90 for theft after allegedly stealing $56 worth of gasoline from a station in Sparta. The man was also cited for driving with a suspended license.

6:23 p.m. — A 25-year-old La Crosse man was arrested on Crossing Meadows Drive for a warrant.

Friday, Oct. 30

2:04 a.m. — A 38-year-old Westby woman was arrested on Second Avenue North for her first drunken driving offense.

9:39 p.m. — A Third Avenue South resident reported someone threw feces at his front door and at the car parked in his driveway. The origin of the feces in unknown.

11:39 p.m. — A 29-year-old Dakota, Minn., man was arrested outside the Blue Moon for disorderly conduct after getting into a fight.

Saturday, Oct. 31

4:49 a.m. — A 47-year-old Onalaska man was arrested at his Pine Street home for domestic disorderly conduct.

8:01 a.m. — A Wilson Street resident reported someone stole a $150 inflatable Halloween decoration from his front yard the previous night.

3:25 p.m. — A 21-year-old Galesville man was arrested on Highway 35 for domestic disorderly conduct.

7:15 p.m. — A 54-year-old Onalaska woman was arrested on 17th Avenue North for her second drunken driving offense.

Sunday, Nov. 1

1:39 a.m. — A 33-year-old Holmen woman was cited for disorderly conduct at the Hillside Tavern for pushing another patron to the ground and pulling her hair.

3:35 a.m. — A 32-year-old Winona, Minn., man was arrested on Second Avenue South for his first drunk driving offense.

Monday, Nov. 2

6:02 a.m. — An Onalaska resident reported someone smashed the rear window of her car while it was parked overnight on Court Road South.

10:11 a.m. — A 12th Avenue resident reported someone kicked open the back door of his house during the previous three days, but nothing appeared to be missing.

Wednesday, Oct. 28

4:49 p.m. — A 30-year-old Onalaska man was arrested at his Highway 35 home for violating a restraining order.

Friday, Oct. 30

4:31 p.m. — An 18-year-old Holmen woman was arrested on Long Coulee Road for a warrant.

Saturday, Oct. 31

2:29 p.m. — A Holmen man reported someone threw an egg at his truck while it was parked overnight on Pioneer Drive. The paint on the vehicle was chipped, but the cost of repair is unknown.

Tuesday, Oct. 27

5:26 a.m. — First responder call on Ninth Avenue North for an unresponsive person.

12:02 p.m. — First responder call on Sturh Court for someone injured in an assault.

Wednesday, Oct. 28

5:21 a.m. — First responder call on Sturh Court for an alcohol-related problem.

12:49 p.m. — First responder call on Main Street for a person experiencing weakness.

5:48 p.m. — First responder call on Critter Court for a person experiencing weakness.

10:16 p.m. — Fire call on 11th Avenue South for a carbon monoxide incident.

Wednesday, Oct. 29

1:12 a.m. — First responder call on 12th Avenue South for a person with an unknown medical condition.

6:55 a.m. — First responder call Main Street for a person who fainted.

3:31 p.m. — First responder call on Critter Court for a person with a low pulse.

6:56 p.m. — First responder call on Highway 35 for a baby with breathing problems.

7:56 p.m. — Fire call on Main Street East for an overheated motor.

11:46 p.m. — Fire call on Second Avenue North for an overheated motor.

Friday, Oct. 30

4:12 a.m. — First responder call on Lauderdale Place for a person with rib pain and difficulty breathing.

5:18 a.m. — First responder call on Critter Court for a person with a diabetic problem.

7:25 a.m. — First responder call on St. Paul Street for a person with chest pains.

12:30 p.m. — First responder call on Lauderdale Place for a possible diabetic problem.

5:15 p.m. — First responder call on Highway 157 and Interstate 90 for a person having a seizure.

7:33 p.m. — Fire and first responder call on Oak Avenue South and Oak Forest Drive for a motor vehicle crash with injuries.

11:46 p.m. — First responder call on Second Avenue North for a person with a head injury.

Saturday, Oct. 31

7:19 a.m. — First responder call on Rosewood Trail for a person bleeding from the nose.

7:53 a.m. — First responder call on 13th Court for a person injured in a fall.

11:46 a.m. — First responder call on Main Street for a person having chest pains.

3:27 p.m. — First responder call on Monroe Street for a person possibly having a stroke.

4:26 p.m. — First responder call on 10th Avenue North for a person possibly having a stroke.

7:47 p.m. — First responder all on 12th Avenue South for a person having difficulty breathing.

2:10 a.m. — First responder call on Sixth Avenue North for a person with an alcohol-related problem.

7:34 a.m. — First responder call on Main Street for a person having chest pains.

9:27 p.m. — First responder call on Well Street for a person having an asthma problem.

1:35 p.m. — First responder call on the W6500 block of Casberg Coulee Road for a person having chest pains.

4:01 p.m. — First responder call on the N8300 block of Highway 53 North for a motor vehicle accident with injuries

Saturday, Oct. 31

12:29 a.m. — First responder call on the 100 block of Gaarder Road for a person who had overdosed.

6:46 a.m. — Fire call on the N5500 block of Highway Z after car caught fire while being crushed at recycling

center.
