The following log is based on reports from the Holmen and Onalaska police and fire departments.

Onalaska Police Department
Wednesday, June 27

9:07 a.m. — The principal of Onalaska Middle School reported someone spray painted graffiti on a storage shed.

Tuesday, June 30

2:04 a.m. — An Onalaska woman reported $565 cash, a $35 voice recorder and some CDs stolen from her car while it was parked on Main Street.

11:36 a.m. — A 45-year-old Onalaska man was arrested in the Shopko parking lot for disorderly conduct after yelling at a driver he thought had nearly hit his car.

5:11 p.m. — An Onalaska man reported his $100 sunglasses and a money clip containing approximately $40 cash and some credit cards stolen from his vehicle while it was parked overnight on Kevin Court.

7:13 p.m. — An Onalaska man reported his $159 GPS unit stolen from his truck while it was parked on Coachlite Court during the previous three days.

7:42 p.m. — An Onalaska man reported his wallet containing several ID cards, a credit card and $5 cash stolen from his truck while it was parked on Grand View Boulevard during the previous three days.

Wednesday, July 1

1:47 a.m. — A 34-year-old Holmen man was arrested on Second Avenue North for his first drunk driving offense.

3:20 p.m. — A 23-year-old La Crosse man was arrested on Crossing Meadows Drive for his second driving after suspension offense.

4:40 p.m. — Several Country Club Lane residents reported their homes were “paint balled” during the previous evening.

Friday, July 3

1:54 a.m. — A 23-year-old Holmen man was arrested behind the Blue Moon for his first drunk driving offense, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

11:14 p.m. — A 27-year-old Onalaska man was arrested on Stuhr Court for domestic disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property.

Saturday, July 4

1:26 a.m. — A 53-year-old La Crosse woman was arrested on Second Avenue South for her first drunk driving offense.

Sunday, July 5

4:46 a.m. — A 36-year-old Onalaska man was arrested at his Quincy Street apartment for domestic disorderly conduct.

Monday, June 29

9:25 p.m. — A Holmen Drive resident complained about neighbors lighting fireworks.

Tuesday, June 30

5:44 p.m. — A 32-year-old Holmen man was arrested at his Linden Drive apartment for violating the “no drink” condition of his probation.

Wednesday, July 1

2:43 p.m. — A 22-year-old Onalaska man was arrested at his Highway 35 home for two warrants and his third driving after revocation offense.

Thursday, July 2

5:17 a.m. — A 50-year-old Galesville woman was arrested on a warrant and for driving with a suspended license after her vehicle ran out of gas on Highway 53.

Friday, July 3

12:18 a.m. — A Buckingham Lane resident complained about neighbors lighting fireworks.

7:12 p.m. — A Hunter Court Lane resident complained about neighbors lighting fireworks.

7:20 p.m. — A Locust Avenue resident complained about neighbors lighting fireworks.

9:40 p.m. — A Buckingham Lane resident complained about neighbors lighting fireworks.

9:56 p.m. — A Western Avenue resident complained about neighbors lighting fireworks.

10:17 p.m. — A Packer Drive resident complained about someone ringing her doorbell five times and running off.

10:54 p.m. — A Cliffview Drive resident complained about neighbors lighting fireworks.

3:55 p.m. — A Second Avenue resident complained about neighbors lighting fireworks.

9:48 p.m. — A Scott Drive resident complained about neighbors lighting fireworks.

9:52 p.m. — An Amy Drive resident complained about neighbors lighting fireworks.

Sunday, July 5

12:08 a.m. — A Rockford, Ill., woman was arrested on Gaarder Road for her first drunk driving offense, a warrant and resisting arrest.

10:05 a.m. — First responder call on the 500 block of 10th Place for a Lifeline call.

1:42 p.m. — First responder call on the 9400 block of Highway 16 for a person having a seizure.

Thursday, July 2

10:06 a.m. — Fire and first responder call on the 3100 block of Gundersen Drive for a motor vehicle accident with injuries.

3:20 p.m. — First responder call on the 300 block of 13th Avenue South for a person with a migraine.

3:48 p.m. — Fire and first responder call on the 9400 block of Highway 16 for a motor vehicle accident with injuries.

7:14 p.m. — First responder call on the N3600 block of Smith Valley Road for a person having trouble breathing.

10:48 p.m. — First responder call on the N5100 block of Highway 35 for a person whose heart had stopped.

4:25 p.m. — First responder call on the 100 block of 11th Avenue South for a person who possibly had a stroke.
