Onalaska Police Department
Tuesday, June 23

4:40 p.m. — An employee at the YMCA reported someone stole a $2,236 sound system while it was sitting outside the front doors.

Wednesday, June 24

5:12 p.m. — An Onalaska woman reported her son’s $210 bicycle stolen from the back yard of an Eighth Avenue South home.

Friday, June 26

7 a.m. — An Onalaska man reported his $285 GPS unit stolen from his car while it was parked overnight on Parkridge Drive.

3:35 p.m. — A 62-year-old woman was arrested on 12th Avenue South for driving while intoxicated on her medication and crossing the center line.

10:14 p.m. — A Holmen woman reported her purse containing a $3,000 wedding ring, cell phone, drivers license, four credit cards, three checks and $5 cash stolen from her car while it was parked in Target parking lot.

Sunday, June 28

12:28 a.m. — A 46-year-old Onalaska man was arrested on Second Avenue South for his first drunk driving offense and crossing the center line.

4:12 p.m. — An Onalaska woman reported her purse containing a $1,500 ring, cell phone, credit card, check book and $120 cash stolen from her car while it was parked outside the Onalaska pool.

8:14 p.m. — A 15-year-old Onalaska boy was referred to juvenile services for disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property after an incident at his Robert Place apartment.

Monday, June 29

1:43 a.m. — A 19-year-old Holmen man was arrested on Highway 53 for an absolute sobriety violation after he drove his vehicle into a ditch to avoid hitting a deer.

7:25 a.m. — An Evenson Drive resident reported somebody threw a rock through his car window and stole his $300 MP3 player.

1:51 a.m. — A 20-year-old Onalaska man was arrested on Third Avenue South for a warrant after officers stopped him for riding a bicycle without a light.

Tuesday, June 30

12:33 a.m. — A 16-year-old Holmen girl was cited for an open intoxicant, transporting alcohol and violating her graduated drivers license after she was stopped for a defective tail light on Second Avenue South.

5:31 p.m. — An Onalaska man reported his $150 MP3 player stolen from his vehicle while it was parked overnight on Kevin Court.

Monday, June 22

11:25 a.m. — A 14-year-old Holmen boy was referred to juvenile services for disorderly conduct after punching another student at Holmen Middle School.

Tuesday, June 23

12:46 a.m. — A 19-year-old La Crosse man was cited on Sand Lake Road for his second underage drinking offense.

Wednesday, June 24

10:25 a.m. — Two Holmen boys, ages 14 and 12, were referred to juvenile services for disorderly conduct after harassing a classmate at Holmen Middle School.

Saturday, June 27

8:45 p.m. — A 40-year-old Onalaska man was arrested on Holmen Drive for his first drunk driving offense.

10:53 p.m. — A 35-year-old Holmen man was arrested on Highway T for his first drunk driving offense after a resident reported him hitting a parked car on Main Street.

Sunday, June 28

3:19 p.m. — A Mill Street resident reported someone vandalized her fence and caused $50 worth of damage.

11:26 p.m. — A Meadow Lark Lane resident complained of someone lighting fireworks on Cedar Avenue.

Monday, June 29

11:01 a.m. — A Holmen Middle School student reported someone stole $145 cash from her backpack.

2:18 a.m. — First responder call on the 1200 block of 10th Avenue North for a person with abdominal pain.

4:55 a.m. — First responder call on the 300 block of Mason Street for a person with a diabetic problem.

5:04 a.m. — First responder call on Clearwater Drive and Green Coulee Road for an intoxicated person.

10:19 a.m. — Fire call on the 300 block of Sand Lake Road for an oil or other combustible fluid spill.

10:52 a.m. — First responder call on the 300 block of Mason Street for a person who possibly had a stroke.

2:26 p.m. — First responder call on the 1000 block of Well Street for a person having difficulty breathing.

9:10 a.m. — First responder call on the 9500 block of Hwy. 16 for a person having a diabetic problem.

3:55 a.m. — First responder call on the 400 block of Seventh Avenue North for a person having difficulty breathing.

9:31 a.m. — First responder call on the 3300 block of Kinney Coulee Road North for a person who was passed out.

7:23 p.m. — First responder call on the300 block of Marcou Road for a person who was not feeling well.

8:16 p.m. — Fire call on the 300 block of Critter Court for a fire.

8:16 p.m. — First responder call on the 300 block of Critter Court for a person injured in a fall.
