Relay for Life La Crosse aims to collect a million pennies for cancer leading up to the annual walk July 31 through Aug. 1 at Logan High School.
Organizers are encouraging La Crosse and Onalaska residents to collect pennies in honor of someone they know who has or had a battle with cancer.
Coulee Bank will start the fundraiser by donating 50,000 pennies at noon Monday at the Losey Boulevard branch.

July 11: La Crosse Fairground Speedway before the races
July 18: Downtown La Crosse Krazy Days in front of kick at 236 Main St. ClogJam Cloggers will be dancing at 10 a.m. and taking street side donations.
July 31: Logan High School where donors can take a lap or two around the track to remember someone they loved with cancer
