It was with great pleasure and pride that about 1,900 people had the chance to see a great ballgame on a trip to Miller Park in Milwaukee last week for La Crosse Community Day.
The reason I say pride is that we heard one of the best renditions of the national anthem. The Onalaska choir singers went above and beyond great in their performance. The people at the stadium gave them a resounding hand for the great job.
I had the pleasure of having them on my bus, and they were the best on the bus and pleasant to talk to. Thank you, kids.
