The following log is based on reports from the Holmen and Onalaska police and fire departments:

Onalaska police
Monday, June 15

2:52 p.m. — A 20-year-old West Salem woman was arrested at a Hwy. 16 business for domestic battery and domestic disorderly conduct.

5:43 p.m. — A West Salem woman reported an oil painting of a white tiger stolen from her storage unit on Hwy. PH.

7:20 p.m. — A 54-year-old La Crosse woman was arrested at Walmart for retail theft after being accused of stealing some CDs of unknown value.

Tuesday, June 16

8:47 p.m. — An Onalaska woman reported a shotgun of unknown value stolen from

her Eighth Avenue South home within the previous week.

Thursday, June 18

11:06 a.m. — The manager of Microtel Inn reported a total of $1,293 stolen from the hotel’s safe during the previous three days.

7:58 p.m. — A Fifth Avenue North resident reported his miter saw stolen from his garage sometime within the previous two months.

Friday, June 19

12:10 a.m. — An 18-year-old La Crosse man was arrested on East Avenue North for three counts of bail jumping and carrying a concealed weapon after officers found a set of brass knuckles in his car.

9:47 p.m. — A 27-year-old La Crosse woman was arrested at Kohl’s for retail theft and disorderly conduct. A 17-year-old La Crosse woman also was arrested for retail theft and obstruction after giving officers a false name, and a 24-year-old La Crosse woman was cited for being party to the crime of retail theft.

Saturday, June 20

2:29 a.m. — A 23-year-old Onalaska man was arrested on Second Avenue South for his first drunken driving offense and also cited for speeding and seat belt violations.

4:29 p.m. — An Onalaska woman reported her wallet stolen from her boyfriend’s truck while it was parked at the spillway. The monetary loss is unknown.

7:37 p.m. — A 34-year-old Onalaska woman was arrested at her Monroe Street home for domestic battery, domestic disorderly conduct and two counts of bail jumping.

8:51 p.m. — A 20-year-old Onalaska man was arrested at Woodman’s Food Market for using a fake ID and attempting to buy alcohol.

10:33 p.m. — A 50-year-old Onalaska man was arrested on Main Street for his first drunken driving offense.

Sunday, June 21

2:25 a.m. —A 30-year-old Onalaska man was arrested on 13th Avenue South for his second drunken driving offense and his second driving after revocation.

4:25 p.m. — An employee at Rogans Shoes reported his $370 smart phone stolen while he was cleaning the stores rest room.

Monday, June 22

1:20 p.m. — An Onalaska man reported his car egged while it was parked overnight on Monroe Street.

3:49 p.m. — A 19-year-old Onalaska man and a 15-year-old Onalaska boy were arrested at Festival Foods for retail theft after attempting to steal a bottle of cough syrup.

Holmen police

Tuesday, June 16

6:38 p.m. — A 14-year-old Holmen boy was cited at the Holmen Quick Stop for disorderly conduct and possession of tobacco after a store clerk complained about his swearing and yelling.

Wednesday, June 17

2:17 a.m. — A 22-year-old Holmen man was arrested on Hwy. 35 for his first drunken driving offense.

Thursday, June 18

10:05 a.m. — Two 14-year-old Holmen boys were referred to juvenile services for disorderly conduct after they punched a classmate outside Holmen Middle School.

3:31 p.m. — A Quick Stop employee reported someone stealing $20 worth of gasoline.

Friday, June 19

8:28 a.m. — A 13-year-old Onalaska boy was referred to juvenile services for disorderly conduct after punching a classmate on the school bus.

4:06 p.m. — A Holmen resident reported the window broken on her car while it was parked outside her Linden Drive apartment. The cost of repair was about $100.

Sunday, June 21

7:37 p.m. — A 28-year-old Holmen woman was arrested for disorderly conduct and domestic battery after an incident at her Wimbledon Lane home.

Onalaska fire

Tuesday, June 16

11:55 a.m. — First responder call on the 300 block of Mason Street for a person experiencing dizziness.

12:39 p.m. — Fire and first responder call on Oak Avenue North and Troy Street for a motor vehicle crash with injuries.

5:17 p.m. — Fire and first responder call on Riders Club Road and Hwy. 35 for a motor vehicle crash with injuries.

7:52 p.m. — Fire and first responder call on the 100 block of Green Coulee Road for a motor vehicle crash with injuries.

8:27 p.m. — First responder call on the 600 block of Rolling Oaks Drive for a person having abdominal pains.

11:16 p.m. — First responder call on the 900 block of Lake Street for a person with bone spurs in the knee.

Wednesday, June 17

2:01 p.m. — First responder call on the N4500 block of Cottonwood Drive for a logging accident.

Thursday, June 18

10:56 a.m. — Fire call on the 300 block of Third Avenue North for a chemical spill or leak.

9:19 p.m. — First responder call on the 2400 block of East Avenue North for a person vomiting blood.

Friday, June 19

8:40 a.m. — Fire and first responder call on Hwy. 157 and I-90 for a motor vehicle crash with injuries.

9:34 a.m. — First responder call on the 800 block of Critter Court for a person experiencing general weakness.

10:18 a.m. — Fire call on the N3400 block of Hwy. 16 for a smoke detector activation.

2:07 p.m. — First responder call on the 1000 block of Kristy Lane for a Lifeline call.

4:32 p.m. — First responder call on the 1000 block of Oak Avenue South for a confused adult.

Saturday, June 20

10:18 a.m. — First responder call on the 300 block of Mason Street for a person who possibly had a stroke.

2:10 p.m. — Fire call on the 500 block of Fifth Avenue North for a public service call.

7:47 p.m. — First responder call on the 1000 block of Monroe Street for a domestic assault.

8:24 p.m. — Fire call on the 1000 block of 12th Avenue North for a service call.

10:36 p.m. — First responder call on Main Street and Hwy. 157 for a person with an unknown medical condition.

8:13 a.m. — First responder call on the 1000 block of Windsong Lane for a person injured in a fall.

10:24 a.m. — Fire call on the 1000 block of Lauderdale North for a cooking fire.

Monday, June 22

10:49 a.m. — Fire call on the N3400 block of Hwy. 16 for a smoke detector activation.

3:49 p.m. — First responder call on the 1200 block of Crossing Meadow Drive for a person having a seizure.
