The following log is based on reports from the Holmen and Onalaska police and fire departments:

Onalaska police
Sunday, June 7

10:15 p.m. — A 22-year-old Onalaska woman was arrested for drunken driving and a seat belt violation after two vehicles collided head-on on Hwy. 35.

12:21 p.m. — A 23-year-old La Crosse woman was cited for an ordinance theft after taking a beer pong table on 10th Avenue North without the owner’s permission.

Monday, June 8

12:37 p.m. — An employee at Olive Garden reported someone threw an object through the restaurant’s front window. The estimated cost of repair was $400.

Tuesday, June 9

10:27 a.m. — A 53-year-old La Crosse man was cited for disorderly conduct after he threw a digital camera at a Best Buy employee who advised him that the store would not accept credit for its return.

2:34 p.m. — An Onalaska man reported a $300 lawn sweeper and two $15 gas cans stolen from the back of his pickup truck while it was parked overnight in his driveway on Fair Circle Drive.

3:01 p.m. — A 37-year-old Onalaska man was arrested on Third Avenue South for driving after revocation.

Thursday, June 11

8:18 a.m. — An Onalaska man reported his daughter’s $90 bicycle stolen from Irving Pertsch Elementary School last week.

10:05 a.m. — A 27-year-old Onalaska man was arrested at City Hall for a warrant and also cited for possession of marijuana.

3:40 p.m. — An Onalaska woman reported her son’s GPS unit stolen from his truck while it was parked in her Juline Way driveway on May 21.

Friday, June 12

1:39 a.m. — A 17-year-old Onalaska boy was arrested for drug possession and an absolute sobriety violation after officers stopped him on Second Avenue South for a faulty taillight. His passenger, an 18-year-old Onalaska man, also was cited for underage consumption.

10:10 a.m. — A 31-year-old La Crosse man was arrested at Gundersen Lutheran on a warrant.

Saturday, June 13

12:11 a.m. — A 22-year-old Tomah man was arrested for a “no drink” probation violation after officers responded to a noise complaint on Rolling Oaks Drive.

4:10 p.m. — After being stopped on Sand Lake Road for driving with a revoked license, an 18-year-old Onalaska man also was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Sunday, June 14

7:31 p.m. — A 27-year-old La Crosse man was arrested at a 13th Avenue South apartment for a probation violation and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Monday, June 1, 2009

1:33 p.m. — A 16-year-old Holmen boy was cited for habitual truancy from Holmen High School.

2:21 p.m. — A 17-year-old Holmen boy was cited for one case of truancy from Holmen High School.

Wednesday, June 10

2:17 a.m. — A 27-year-old Holmen woman was cited for driving without a valid license after officers stopped her for a defective headlight on Main Street.

7:32 a.m. — A Holmen man reported someone possibly shot a BB through the rear window of his Silver Drive home. The cost of repair is unknown.

1:35 p.m. — An employee at WMI Auto Auction reported five tires stolen overnight.

4:19 p.m. — A 21-year-old Bangor man was arrested on Holmen Drive for two counts of second-degree sexual assault for an incident that occurred in Bangor.

8:50 p.m. — A 26-year-old Onalaska man was arrested for disorderly conduct and domestic battery after an incident at his Hwy. 35 home. He also was arrested later that evening for bail jumping after violating a no contact order.

Friday, June 12

10:50 a.m. — An 18-year-old Holmen man was arrested on Sand Lake Road for an attempted break in.

Onalaska fire

Tuesday, June 9

10:45 a.m. — First responder call on Rudy Street for a person who fainted.

7:28 p.m. — First responder call on Second Avenue South for a person injured in a fall.

Wednesday, June 10

11:18 a.m. — Fire call on 10th Avenue North for an alarm system activation.

Thursday, June 11

7:45 a.m. — First responder call on Critter Court for a confused adult.

9:04 p.m. — First responder call on Mason Street for a person having difficulty breathing.

Friday, June 12

8:46 a.m. — Fire call on Hwy. 16 and Vista Court that was cancelled en route.

4:46 p.m. — First responder call on Troy Street for a person injured in a fall.

Saturday, June 13

4:44 a.m. — First responder call on Critter Court for a person injured in a fall.

1:51 p.m. — First responder call on Main Street for a person with an unknown medical condition.

1:51 p.m. — First responder call on Critter Court for a person having a diabetic reaction.

7:17 p.m. — First responder call on Sixth Avenue North for a person having chest pains.

9:17 p.m. — First responder call on Green Coulee Road for an unresponsive person.

Sunday, June 14

12:19 a.m. — First responder call on Hwy. SS for a person with chest pains.

2:18 a.m. — First responder call on Second Avenue North for an intoxicated person.

10:36 a.m. — First responder call on Eagle Bluff Court for a person possibly having a stroke.

12:03 p.m. — First responder call on Critter Court for a person having a diabetic problem.

1:20 p.m. — Fire call on Hwy. 157 for a gas or other flammable liquid fire.

1:52 p.m. — Fire call on Critter Court to assist another agency.

2:10 p.m. — First responder call on Quincy Street for a person who had passed out.

2:25 p.m. — First responder call on Market Place for a person who had passed out.

2:31 p.m. — Fire call on Hwy. 53 for a call that was cancelled en route.

Monday, June 15

11:35 a.m. — Fire call on Rudy Street for a gas or other flammable liquid fire.

3:50 p.m. — First responder call on Main Street East for a person injured in a fall.

Holmen fire

Tuesday, June 9

11:27 a.m. — First responder call on the 500 block of Main Street North for a person having a seizure.

2:26 p.m. — First responder call on the W7000 block of Second Street for a person having a seizure.

Thursday, June 11

9:13 a.m. — First responder call on the N8600 block of Hwy. TT for a person having a diabetic reaction.

3:47 p.m. — First responder call on the 300 block of Ryan Street for a person having a breathing problem.

8:57 p.m. — Fire call on the W7200 block of North Shore Drive to help search for a missing boater.

Friday, June 12

12:19 p.m. — First responder call on the 500 block of Amy Drive for a person injured in a fall.

12:40 p.m. — Fire call on the 800 block of Main Street South for an electrical fire.

9:10 p.m. — First responder call on the 300 block of State Street for a person having an allergic reaction.

Saturday, June 13

5:37 p.m. — First responder call on the W6600 block of Sunset Drive for a person having a seizure.
