Onalaska police
Monday, June 1

4:35 p.m. — An Onalaska man reported graffiti painted in front of his garage on Franklin Street within the previous two days.

Friday, June 5

11:14 a.m. — A La Crosse woman reported her car scratched while it was parked in front of Festival Foods. The cost of damage is unknown.

Wednesday, June 3

10:30 a.m. — The owner of D&M Recycling reported that his building on Second Avenue Southwest had been the target of “gang graffiti.” He said the cost to repair would be about $200.

Thursday, June 4

5:59 p.m. — An Onalaska man reported a $150 GPS system and a $100 radar detector stolen from his truck while it was parked on Kent Place.

Saturday, June 6

12:46 p.m. — A Sparta woman reported two MP3 players and accessories stolen from her unlocked car two weeks ago while it was parked on Juline Way.

11:44 p.m. — A 39-year-old Sparta man was arrested on Highway 16 for driving without a valid drivers license after officers stopped him for having a defective headlight.

Sunday, June 7

2:28 p.m. — A 15-year-old Onalaska boy was referred to juvenile services for four counts of theft and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers recovered several stolen items from his home on Thomas Court.

8:46 p.m. — A 21-year-old Holmen man was arrested on Highway 53 on a warrant.

Saturday, May 31

No time given — A 16-year-old Holmen girl was cited for truancy from Holmen High School.

10:15 p.m. — A 17-year-old Holmen boy was cited for two incidents of truancy from Holmen High School.

10:19 p.m. — A 16-year-old Holmen boy was cited for one case of truancy from Holmen High School.

10:21 p.m. — A 17-year-old Holmen girl was cited for one case of truancy from Holmen High School.

10:24 p.m. — A 15-year-old Holmen boy was cited for one case of truancy from Holmen High School.

10:26 p.m. — A 16-year-old Holmen girl was cited for one case of truancy from Holmen High School.

Wednesday, June 3

6:32 a.m. — A Holmen resident reported seeing a grenade at the intersection of Briggs Road and Highway MH that turned out to be a plastic smoke bomb.

Thursday, June 4

10:43 a.m. — A 16-year-old Holmen boy was cited for a “display of power” violation after leaving a 78-foot skid mark outside the student parking lot at Holmen High School.

Sunday, June 7

1:41 a.m. — A Lee Street resident complained of a neighbor’s loud TV and that he was screaming obscenities at his computer.

Tuesday, June 2

8:51 a.m. — First responder call on Seventh Avenue North for a person having chest pains.

8:53 p.m. — First responder call on Second Avenue North for a person with a migraine.

10:18 p.m. — First responder call on the W6700 block of Strawberry Road for a person with cuts on the wrist and arm.

Wednesday, June 3

6:58 a.m. — First responder call on Gordon Lane for a person injured in a fall.

8:13 p.m. — First responder call on Smith Valley Road for a person who had passed out.

Thursday, June 4

3:45 a.m. — Fire call on 10th Avenue North for a sprinkler activation.

11:57 a.m. — First responder call on Mason Street for a person who was ill.

7:45 p.m. — First responder call on Critter Court for a person who was vomiting.

10:37 p.m. — First responder call on Seventh Avenue North for a person with abdominal pain.

Saturday, June 6

10:44 a.m. — First responder call on Critter Court for a person with low blood pressure.

12:07 p.m. — First responder call on Redwood Street for a person who was diabetic.

12:10 p.m. — First responder call on Market Place for a person having a seizure.

12:45 p.m. — Fire call on Jennifer Court for a concerned citizen report.

5:08 p.m. — First responder call on Highway S for a person having a diabetic problem.

6:05 p.m. — First responder call on Main Street to assist the police department with a person.

Sunday, June 7

12:51 p.m. — Fire and first responder call on Main Street and 17th Avenue South for a motor vehicle accident with injuries.

3:31 p.m. — First responder call on Redwood Street for a person who was bipolar.

7:06 p.m. — First responder call on Rudy Street for a person with an unknown medical problem.

10:16 p.m. — Fire and first responder call on Highway 35 to extricate a victim of a motor vehicle accident with injuries.

10:57 p.m. — Fire call on Critter Court for a natural gas problem.

4:08 a.m. — First responder call on Cloverdale Road for a person with stomach pain.

2:31 p.m. — First responder call on Theater Road for person whose heart had stopped.

3:22 p.m. — First responder call on Whispering Winds Drive for a person bleeding from the rectum.

4:11 p.m. — First responder call on Wilson Street for a person having chest pains.

6:47 p.m. — First responder call on Highway 16 for a person injured in a fall.

6:51 a.m. — First responder call on the 600 block of Second Avenue East for a person who was ill.

9:43 a.m. — First responder call on the 900 block of Linden Drive for a person injured in a fall.

10:57 a.m. — First responder call on the 600 block of Gregory Street for a person injured in a fall.

5:25 p.m. — Fire call on the 500 block of Granum Street for a building fire.

7:26 p.m. — First responder call on the W7200 block of Highway Z to assist another agency.

9:26 p.m. — First responder call on the 400 block of Kimberly Street for a person having difficulty breathing.

Monday, June 1

12:24 p.m. — First responder call on the N8300 block of Highway V for a motor vehicle accident with injuries.

Tuesday, June 2

5:13 a.m. — First responder call on the W7200 block of McHugh Road for a person having breathing problems.

Wednesday, June 3

6:34 a.m. — Fire call on the N6800 block of McHugh Road for a possible explosive/bomb. It was a smoke bomb that looked like a grenade.

10:30 a.m. — First responder call on the N5500 block of Highway Z for a person having chest pains.

10:34 a.m. — First responder call on the W6400 block of Highway T for a motor vehicle accident with injuries.

Thursday, June 4

2 p.m. — First responder call on the N7700 block of Highway 53 North for a motor vehicle accident with injuries

6:09 p.m. — First responder call on the 600 block of Manchester Lane to assist another agency.
