Middle school team did something nice

A big thank you to the Onalaska Middle School seventh-grade basketball team for raking the leaves in our front yard. What a nice surprise to come home on Friday (Oct. 31) to find our lawn — and those of many of our neighbors — raked.

Thanks also to their coach. In talking with the boys on Halloween night, they said, “it was our coach’s idea.” We applaud and appreciate all of your efforts.
